In America, as in many 'modern' countries, if you 'choose' to live as an overweight, junk eating, cigarette smoking, beer swilling, idiot, that's perfectly OK as long as you can do your job, and pay your income tax...in fact, the medical profession (based on results) for example (AKA 'the system') here in America, prefers that you DO abuse your body and mind ...'cos they earn (a very nice) living from your uneducated, advertisement bombarded, health and medical woes. I've never understood why things HAD to be this way, until doing research on the Internet.

Now don't get me wrong, I'm not against doctors, just unethical doctors and corrupt revenue sucking systems that hook and cheat people because they don't have access to real information. I'm naturally against ANY 'system' that uses, fear, shock, guilt, shame and blame to get leverage over people who happen to be vulnerable AND insured.

Unfortunately most good people of America are Not strongly informed, and thus 'give up' their rights unknowingly ...then suffer the consequences ...because they don't understand the differences between laws and statutes their health and fitness suffer as their life gets turned upside down as they are 'set up' and coerced  by 'corporat agents' in order to generate income.

I'm a fact driven, positive 'regular' person. I'm passionate about helping and empowering people. I'm originally from London England, and have worked as a top trainer for GOLDS and 24 Hr. Gyms and have been helping the good people of Las Vegas for over 10 years. I have a comfy private studio gym and specialize in designing and training clients via my 12 week 1-on-1 Body-Shaping exercise and nutrition Transformation Program.
Your first 3 INTRO workouts are completely FREE  (NO contract, NO catch or obligation to continue).

Getting started:
We'll set up your reservation for your 1st INTRO WORKOUT and we gather some facts and figures and a game-plan that best serves you, your needs and requirements. Please always give 48 hours of notice if your plans change. (I hate wasting time waiting for No-Shows)

Your 2nd. INTRO WORKOUT
- Personal GOALS  - UPDATE
- BASIC Stats. -UPDATE
- Your present Circumference MEASUREMENTS
(We'll UPDATE these every 4 weeks)
- NUTRITION - checkIN UPDATE
- SLEEP quality and duration - checkIN UPDATE
- 1-on1 EXERCISE INTRO 2. - 15 minutes
- Simple HOMEWORK assignment part 2:
Take your BEFORE PICTURES ...front, back, and both sides
( these are for your private progress references, and repeated every 4 weeks)

Your 3rd. INTRO WORKOUT

- BASIC Stats. -UPDATE
