MY BACKGROUND
I'm a fact driven, positive 'regular' person. I'm passionate about helping and empowering people. I'm originally from London England, and have worked as a top trainer for GOLDS and 24 Hr. Gyms and have been helping the good people of Las Vegas for over 10 years. I have a comfy private studio gym and specialize in designing and training clients via my 12 week 1-on-1 Body-Shaping exercise and nutrition Transformation Program.
Your first 3 INTRO workouts are completely FREE (NO contract, NO catch or obligation to continue).
Getting started:
We'll set up your reservation for your 1st INTRO WORKOUT and we gather some facts and figures and a game-plan that best serves you, your needs and requirements. Please always give 48 hours of notice if your plans change. (I hate wasting time waiting for No-Shows)

Consume 16 ozs of cold 'drinking' water upon waking each morning.
Your 2nd. INTRO WORKOUT
- Personal GOALS - UPDATE
- BASIC Stats. -UPDATE
- Your present Circumference MEASUREMENTS
(We'll UPDATE these every 4 weeks)
- NUTRITION - checkIN UPDATE
- SLEEP quality and duration - checkIN UPDATE
- 1-on1 EXERCISE INTRO 2. - 15 minutes
- Simple HOMEWORK assignment part 2:
Take your BEFORE PICTURES ...front, back, and both sides
( these are for your private progress references, and repeated every 4 weeks)
